How does Zeno for Clearskin Professional work?
The Zeno device uses gentle heat to destroy the bacteria that causes acne (scientific name: P. acnes bacteria).

For best results: Use Zeno at the first sign of a pimple to shorten its life cycle.
Important: Zeno is clinically shown to treat individual acne pimples in persons with mild to moderate inflammatory acne. Zeno is NOT proven effective on blackheads or whiteheads as these are not caused by the P. acnes bacteria. For severe nodular or cystic acne, consult a dermatologist.

How to use your Zeno for Clearskin Professional:

Step 1: Press the Power Button. You will hear a two-tone signal and the treatment indicator light will turn green. This will be immediately followed by a five-tone ascending sound, which will indicate that your Zeno has reached its target temperature and is ready to be used.

Step 2: Place and gently hold the treatment tip (the circular metal disc) on your blemish for the entire 2 ½ minute treatment cycle. You will hear a single beep every 30 seconds. After 2 ½ minutes, then Zeno will turn off automatically and a five-tone descending sound will indicate that the treatment is complete.

Step 3: Remove Zeno from pimple. Depending on your skin, you may notice some temporary redness around the treatment area. This redness is normal and will continue to fade over the next few hours.

If necessary, treat the same pimple again after 4-12 hours. You may treat the pimple a third time 18-24 hours later.
